Professional Memberships: Law Institute of Victoria, Member LIV Workplace Relations Specialisation Advisory Committee, Member LIV Employment and Industrial Relations Committee, Member of American Chamber of Commerce Human Capital Committee.

Philip leads the Litigation and Workplace Relations Law Practice Group for the firm and is an Accredited Specialist in Workplace Relations.

Philip provides commercial litigation, employment and workplace relations legal advice to individuals and our corporate clients with a focus on assessment and risk management. He is also highly experienced in mediation as well as Occupational Health and Safety matters.  In addition, Philip continues to be the trusted legal advisor to major national charitable and religious institutions.

Philip is also highly regarded as an advisor on abuse claims and redress to faith based and not for profit organisations.
